Rongxin high voltage reactive power compensation equipment is widely used
in distribution wires with voltage between 10kV and 35kV. The reactive
power compensation device is enabled to keep combination control of line
voltage and reactive power through auto-switching of capacitor. Therefore,
it is able to increase power factor of lines effectively, reduce line loss
and improve voltage quality of power supply lines.
Independently developed high speed vacuum switch is adopted for capacitor
switching. Our reactive power compensation equipment has its high speed switch
and control power transformer placed in a stainless steel case, and automatic
control box in a small control case. And then, they are installed together
with a high voltage parallel capacitor and drop-out fuse, etc on a single
pole to form a compact structure, which ensures convenient installation and
debugging.
We can set our high voltage reactive power compensation equipment according
to diversified technical demands of customers. The reactive power compensation
equipment is able to conduct automatic switching of high voltage parallel
capacitor banks by means of automatic judging and analyzing through seven
control modes, i.e. time, voltage, time-voltage, reactive power, voltage
reactive power, current and power factor.
At the same time, our reactive power compensation device has fault forecasting
property before switching, thus avoiding blind switching and optimizing compensation
to the greatest extent. In this way, life time of switches can be largely
lengthened.
Furthermore, our reactive power compensation equipment has complete defensive
functions, including capacitor delay protection, overcurrent protection,
over voltage protection, low voltage protection and fault protection, etc.
Additionally, the high voltage reactive power compensation equipment has
wire and wireless communications functions.
Functions
1. The reactive power compensation device has auto and manual operation modes.
2. Zero-voltage-switch can be achieved, and overvoltage and inrush current
are largely lowered.
3. Based on the particular case of reactive power compensation, users can
select varied control methods, including time, voltage, time-voltage, reactive
power, voltage reactive power, current and power factor.
4. Our high voltage reactive power compensation device conducts real time
measurement and calculations of capacitor voltage, current, active power,
reactive power and harmonic waves, etc.
5. The complete defensive functions of the reactive power compensation equipment
include protection for overvoltage, low voltage, overcurrent, short circuit,
lack of phase, etc, which ensure safe operation of equipment.
6. It sends various operating parameters and operational status to the host
computer or the remote control centre through fieldbus or wireless network,
and meanwhile receives information and orders from the host computer. In
this way, the high voltage reactive power compensation equipment keeps supervisory
control of field equipment.
7. Human-computer interaction is achieved through coordination of keyboard
and liquid crystal display. As you can input set parameters and function
set-up by keyboard into controllers, which work on fixed information and
display the settings and operating results by liquid crystal display.
Technical features

1ms.
Zero-voltage-switching drastically reduces overvoltage and inrush current.
